If you wish to proceed with an exvhange the procedure is the same and you have to be charged the new shipping costs except the costs that are written at the section of the return procedure.

Not Received Orders - Returned Orders

Buyers have the ability to ask a refund of the amount of their order except the shipping costs in case of unreceived orders. We refund you the amount of the order except the shipping costs as they are written in the ''Return and Exchanges'' section before one paragraph. We also have the ability to resend the package that you haven't received, after paying the amount of new shipping costs as it's also written in the same section as previous.
