We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 3 days of delivery: Sales@christinachristi.com Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Please read carefully the full Returns & Exchanges procedure and costs in this section. For orders within Greece, please refer to the Greek version of our site.
We also accept cancellations if the creation process of the handmade item has not started yet.
If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Return & Exchange Procedure
Our main priority is to serve you with care and fairness. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in new, unused condition.
Please note:

Return shipping costs and import/customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. You may choose any postal service or shipping method you prefer.

In case of a return or exchange, you will also be charged the original shipping costs we already paid to send your order. These fees are standard and non-refundable.

EU: €13 (bags €23)
Non-EU: €22 (bags €32)
USA: €28 + 15% of item value (prepaid customs)

Jewelry / Accessories (regular shipping)
Worldwide (except USA): €8
USA: €28 + 15% of item value (prepaid customs)
⚠️ Please contact us before sending a return so we can guide you and ensure a smooth process.
Not Received / Returned Orders
If your package is not received and is returned back to us, you may request a refund of your order amount minus shipping costs and prepaid custom fares, as detailed above.
Alternatively, we can resend your package, provided you cover the new shipping costs and prepaid custom fares.
