You choose the shipping carrier you want to receive your package.

Conditions of return for foreign orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We make a full refund of the amount of the order except the shipping cost that has been already been paid to the post company. (For orders up to 100E outside of Greece, with free shipping costs, in case of return or exchange we refund the 80% of the amount of the order due to the shipping costs payment)

Not Received Orders - Returned Orders

Buyers have the ability to ask a refund of the amount of their order except the shipping costs in case of unreceived orders. We refund you the amount of the order except the shipping costs. In case of free shipping orders, we refund the 80% of the amount of the order. We also have the ability to resend the package that you haven't received after paying the amount of new shipping costs
